The MVP focused on three key flows: capturing a client need, sending a referral, and notifying the receiving contractor of the opportunity. Contractors select a peer, enter brief job info, and send the referral via a branded SMS. Clients receive a professional-looking message with a link to view the referred contractor’s profile, and the receiving contractor is alerted of the new lead in real time.
